1. Data controller

2. What data I collect

  • Opt-in form: first name and email address.

  • Consent records: date/time, IP address and form version, kept as proof of consent.

  • Email engagement: opens and clicks, collected by my email provider.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy), including the Meta Pixel for ad measurement.

3. Why I use it, and on what legal basis

  • Sending the 4-Chord Starter Kit and the email series, including affiliate recommendations: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).

  • Keeping proof of consent: legal obligation / legitimate interest (art. 6.1.c / 6.1.f).

  • Ad measurement with the Meta Pixel and analytics cookies: consent (art. 6.1.a; LSSI-CE art. 22.2).

  • Replying to messages you send me: consent / legitimate interest.

You can withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe link or houssem.memmiche@gmail.com) without affecting earlier processing.

4. Who receives your data

  • Email and landing page provider (data processor): Systeme.io (Systeme SAS, France). A data processing agreement is in place.

  • Hosting/domain: Systeme.io.

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., only if you accept marketing cookies. This may involve transfers to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

  • Your data is not sold, and it is not passed to Pianoforall or ClickBank. If you buy a course, you give your data directly to ClickBank and the vendor under their own privacy policies.

5. How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask for erasure. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to prove compliance (up to 3 years). Cookie data is kept for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Write to houssem.memmiche@gmail.com with "Data protection" in the subject. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors
This site is intended for people aged 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes
I'll update this policy if anything changes and show the date below.
